Gunnoe Media Group was founded in 2013 for the purpose of organizing photo charters for railroad enthusiasts and photographers. Gunnoe has independently coordinated, organized on behalf of host railroads, and lended night photography support to more than 25 rail photography events, including experiences on the Cass Scenic, South Branch Valley, Durbin & Greenbrier Valley, and Western Maryland Scenic railroads, as well at Train Festival 2011. Our team has lended support to nationally-recognized events including Norfolk Southern’s 30th anniversary celebration at the North Carolina Transportation Museum, where we gathered again in 2014 for the historic Streamliners event. Today, we focus on 2-3 annual events committed to providing unique access to host railroads and uniquely-themed events that focus on re-creating mid-20th century freight railroading.
